for a while now.

i have been working on these "BE's", but for some reason didnt ever get around to finishing them, until after dax's was born. & just today i put them up in his room. i love the way they turned out. it makes me want to do more & put them all over his room. we'll see about that, but for now, 6 of them is good. i really love how they finish off the area between his crib & the shelf. it has been in my head for a few months now & it finally is complete. i think these statements are all just good things to live by & remember in the day to day life. & i want to make sure that dax is reminded of them everyday, i can look up & read them to him everyday. love that. also, i couldnt resist this picture of his sweet little feet.

time?

well, dax is now 2 & 1/2 weeks old. i cant believe its already been that long. time is seeming to just fly by. well, on one hand it is. on the other, its just making it through the nights. trying to sleep, trying to keep up with the laundry & keeping the house some what clean. i knew it was going to be an adjustment having a new baby around, but really you have no idea until he really arrives. but i am loving it. its such a miracle to have him here with us finally. its so crazy how you can love a little person so much. & how it just seems to keep growing. i have been trying to be good about taking photos, but i still could do better. here are a few of my cute nephews holding there new cousin. they are so excited to have a boy cousin around. its been a while since a boy has joined the family.
